ABOUT THE ROLE
Our client, a luxury 4-star beach hotel set on the iconic Blouberg beachfront, is seeking a FIT Reservations Consultant to join their team.
The successful candidate will be detail-orientated, guest-focused, and experienced in handling FIT reservations with accuracy and professionalism. This role requires a balance of administrative precision and warm guest communication to ensure a seamless booking journey.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle all FIT reservations accurately and efficiently
• Capture bookings on Opera and maintain updated guest records
• Upload guest requirements into the preference planner
• Send quotes and confirmations to guests via email
• Process payments and follow up on outstanding balances
• Upsell rooms, packages, and hotel facilities to maximize revenue
• Work closely with the Front Office and Sales teams for smooth operations
• Maintain excellent guest communication and ensure requests are actioned

• 2–3 years’ experience in a FIT Reservations role 
• Proficiency in Opera PMS and Microsoft Office Suite essential
• Strong knowledge of FIT reservations and booking processes
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data capturing
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong sales mindset with proven upselling ability
• Grade 12 (Matric) required; Hotel School qualification advantageous
• Professional, well-groomed, and guest-focused approach
