Our client in the Hospitality sector is looking for dynamic Tour Operator for Cape Town to join their team and design tour packages.

Requirements:
- Passion for travel
- Matric (Grade 12) certificate
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in tour/travel administrator role
- Relevant travel qualifications (diploma or certificate)
Responsibilities:- Coordinate the smooth operation of assigned FIT and group tour prgrams
- Manage all general administrative duties related to tour operations
- Act as a primary point of contact for suppliers, agents, and clients, ensuring clear and timely communication
- Make and manage reservations for required travel services (flights, accomodations, activities, etc)
- Maintain accurate records of client information, bookings, supplier details and payment transactions
- Monitor reservations status, payment terms, and deadlines, and communicate updates effectively.
- Collaborate closely with a small team to ensure efficient and effective tour operations
