SUMMARY:
A luxury hospitality property in Modimolle, Limpopo is seeking an experienced F&B Manager / Deputy General Manager to oversee Food & Beverage, Meetings & Events and Operations.
The successful candidate will support the General Manager in achieving operational, revenue and guest satisfaction objectives and will assume responsibility for the overall operation of the property in the absence of the General Manager.

POSITION INFO:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong Food & Beverage management experience
- Proven operational management experience within hospitality
- Experience managing and developing departmental heads and teams
- Strong financial, budgeting and cost-control knowledge
- Excellent guest relations and service standards
- Strong organisational, leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage, Front Office and Housekeeping operations
- Experience with Meetings & Events advantageous
- Ability to work flexibly and under pressure
- Strong knowledge of health, safety and emergency procedures

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee Food & Beverage operations to maximise revenue and minimise costs
- Manage and coordinate departmental heads and operational teams
- Monitor departmental costs and take corrective action where required
- Assist with business planning, budgets and revenue strategies
- Oversee guest service and ensure high standards are maintained
- Coordinate Meetings & Events and in-house activities
- Work with the Executive Chef on menus, recipes, costing and F&B development
- Monitor purchasing and ensure quality standards are maintained
- Manage staff performance, training, development and employee relations
- Conduct regular property inspections and follow up on maintenance requirements
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, health and safety policies
- Attend to guest requests, enquiries and operational challenges
- Complete Manager on Duty shifts as required
- Assume responsibility for the overall operation in the absence of the General Manager

PACKAGE:
- Salary: R20,000 per month
- Accommodation provided
