R500 000 – R700 000 CTC per Annum

Overview

UK based leader in the manufacturing and distribution of military grade PPE products requires a seasoned eCommerce Digital Marketing Manager to lead the marketing team who are based in various locations across the world.

Minimum Requirements:

6 or more years’ experience with as an eCommerce and Digital Marketing specialist

3 or more years supervisory experience

2 or more years’ experience specific to international eCommerce operations

Experience working for physical product sales rather than services/SAAS

Experience with: Shopify / Klaviyo / Google Ads / Facebook Ads / Google Analytics / Surfer SEO / Tik Tok / Unbounce / Pinterest / Buffer

Experience managing budgets effectively to maximize campaign RoAS

Demonstrated ability to synthesize, prioritize and drive results with a high sense of urgency and ability to think creatively and troubleshoot proactively

Ability to report on and measure activity against a forecast

Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage existing campaigns to ensure maximum return on investment, particularly with PPC

Effectively manage the marketing team by communicating objectives and requirements clearly whilst still taking a hands-on approach

Manage and execute the day-to-day operations to both acquire and retain customers in the most efficient manner, while effectively supporting localization efforts, promotions, and new product launches

Perform in-depth analyses and provide clear insights and actionable recommendations on improvements to PPC, SEO, affiliate, social and email marketing efforts

Provide frequent progress reports to key internal stakeholders
