SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced Export Operations Controller with strong expertise in sea and air freight. The role requires endâtoâend operational management of export files, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and client satisfaction across international shipments.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities

Manage export operations from start to finish (sea & air freight).
Coordinate consolidations and prepare all required documentation.
Liaise with shipping lines, airlines, and freight forwarders.
Ensure compliance with customs regulations and international trade requirements.
Handle bookings, cargo tracking, and shipment scheduling.
Prepare and review export documentation (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading).
Monitor service levels and resolve operational issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records and update internal systems (CRM/ERP).
Provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
Support process improvements in export operations.

Requirements

3–5 years’ experience in export operations (sea & air freight).
Strong knowledge of consolidations and international shipping procedures.
Solid understanding of customs regulations and documentation.
Excellent communication and problemâsolving skills.
Ability to manage multiple files under pressure with attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office and logistics systems (CargoWise or similar advantageous).
Independent worker with strong team collaboration skills.
