SUMMARY:

An exciting opportunity has become available for a highly organised, polished, and professional Executive Support Officer to join a well-established organisation based in Lynnwood, Pretoria.

We are looking for an energetic individual with excellent communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position is ideally suited to someone who takes pride in presenting a professional image while delivering outstanding executive and administrative support.

POSITION INFO:

Key responsibilities

Managing executive diaries, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
Preparing reports, presentations, correspondence, and meeting documentation
Acting as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Maintaining confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Coordinating board meetings, committee meetings, workshops, and special events
Preparing agendas, recording minutes, and tracking action items
Managing databases, records, filing systems, and organisational calendars
Liaising with service providers and coordinating office administration activities
Assisting with the planning and execution of annual events and conferences
Supporting multiple departments, including finance and human resources

Minimum requirements

Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
Previous experience in an executive support, executive assistant, or similar role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and maintain strict confidentiality
A proactive, professional, and solution-driven approach
