SUMMARY:
Assist a busy executive team with various administrative duties iuch as office management, project management and team events and client functions.

POSITION INFO:

This role is ideal for a strong administrator who is comfortable working at Executive level.

Ideal for a skilled Support candidate who is comfortable working from home, Monday to Friday and at the office, based in Cape Town city centre every 2nd Friday.

Requirements:

Working experience supporting an executive team
Matric
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong organisational abilities
Deadline and out-put driven
Reliable and accountable for delivering tasks on time
Professional at all times
Ability to work with clients discreetly at senior executive level
Fully set up to work from home

Duties:

CRM updates
Various admin checks and typing of documents
Scheduling of complicated diaries - different time zones
Executive communication via email
PA assistance to one Director
Hands-on with various Ventor forms and documentation
Travel arrangements
Events / Lunch / Gifts ad hoc duties
