POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Minimum 5 years' experience as an Executive Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar senior support role
• Proven experience supporting senior executives or directors
• Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport
• Provide direct executive support to three Directors
• Manage and coordinate complex diaries, appointments, meetings, and commitments.
• Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings
• Prepare meeting agendas, reports, presentations, and supporting documentation
• Attend meetings where required and record accurate minutes and action items
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding tasks and commitments on behalf of the Directors
• Act as a key point of contact between the Directors and internal or external stakeholders
• Manage correspondence, emails, telephone calls, and communications
• Maintain accurate filing systems and confidential records
• Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, and itineraries
• Assist with event planning, conferences, management meetings, and business functions
• Ensure deadlines, reporting requirements, and commitments are effectively monitored and met
• Liaise with service providers, suppliers, professional advisors, and stakeholders
• Assist with special projects, acquisitions, business initiatives, and strategic activities
• Conduct research and gather information required by the Directors
• Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations for management purposes
• Coordinate activities and communication between various Group entities
• Assist with administrative requirements relating to banking, governance, legal, compliance, and operational matters as required
• Assist the Directors with personal administrative matters when required
• Coordinate personal appointments and schedules
• Arrange personal travel and related logistics
• Attend to personal errands and ad hoc personal requirements from time to time
• Support the Directors in managing personal commitments that may impact business scheduling and planning
• The purpose of the call is to review the day's schedules, priorities, meetings, travel
  arrangements, outstanding matters, and key action items
• Ensure that diaries, meeting information, and relevant documentation are prepared prior to the daily planning discussion
• Due to the nature of executive support, flexibility regarding working hours may be required from time to time to accommodate business demands, travel arrangements, urgent matters, or executive commitments
