SUMMARY:
PERSONAL ASSISTANT

SOMERSET WEST: An opportunity for a highly trustworthy, polished and capable Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to the Director of an esteemed, well-established hospitality establishment, assisting with a range of personal and administrative matters.

This is a role for someone who takes genuine pride in getting the details right, can be trusted implicitly with confidential matters and is comfortable taking ownership of tasks from start to finish.

POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Managing personal and administrative matters with discretion
Coordinating appointments, arrangements and day-to-day requirements
Handling correspondence and written communication
Working accurately with numbers, records and financial details
Maintaining organised files, schedules and documentation
Running errands and assisting with practical arrangements when required
Managing tasks independently and following through to completion
Always maintaining strict confidentiality

Criteria

Well-presented and well-spoken
Excellent written and spoken English
Extremely meticulous with strong attention to detail
Comfortable and accurate when working with numbers
Honest, trustworthy and highly reliable
Computer proficient
Valid driver’s licence and confident driving ability
Mature, discreet and responsible
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Able to work independently and anticipate requirements
Professional, polished and comfortable dealing with people at all levels

Currently based in Somerset West, this opportunity is ideally suited to candidates residing in or within close proximity to the area.

There is a possibility that the role may relocate to Cape Town at a later stage, should circumstances require this. This is not confirmed at present; should a relocation take place, an accommodation subsidy will be provided.
