Executive Co-ordinator

SUMMARY:
The Executive Coordinator provides high-level executive, operational and strategic coordination support to the executive office and broader leadership environment.
The role supports the translation of strategic priorities into structured actions, facilitates executive alignment and ensures key initiatives are effectively tracked and progressed.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, BCom or related field.
• Exposure to project management practices; formal certification would be advantageous.
• 3–5 years’ experience in executive partner, executive coordination or senior executive advisory roles.
• Proven experience operating at enterprise or EXCO level.
• Experience in executive coordination, governance support and project execution tracking.
• Strong exposure to governance, executive forums and senior stakeholder engagement.
• Experience within a multinational, matrixed or regulated environment, preferably energy or infrastructure.
• Experience using digital tools and AI-enabled platforms to prepare executive presentations, reports and documentation.
• Excellent English communication skills.

• Support senior executives in translating strategy into priorities, action plans and measurable outcomes.
• Prepare executive briefs, strategy papers, decision notes and presentations.
• Support prioritisation and tracking of strategic risks and opportunities.
• Provide coordination support on complex and sensitive matters.

• Coordinate EXCO planning, agendas and annual calendars.
• Track executive decisions, actions and deadlines.
• Facilitate alignment across leadership teams and business functions.
• Support leadership initiatives and organisational priorities.

• Coordinate business planning, budgeting and performance review processes.
• Monitor strategic initiatives and transformation projects.
• Consolidate information from multiple functions into decision-ready insights.

• Support governance processes, decision forums and escalation mechanisms.
• Coordinate matters involving Legal, HR, Finance, Risk, Ethics and Compliance.
• Support audit readiness and governance-related action tracking.

• Coordinate between corporate functions, business units, assets and shared services.
• Support strategic projects driven by the executive office.
• Engage with senior internal and external stakeholders as required.

• Support organisational effectiveness and transformation initiatives.
• Assist with change management and executive communication.
• Promote collaboration and disciplined execution across leadership teams.
