SUMMARY:
Our client, a dynamic Financial Services Organisaton seeks to employ an Employee Benefits Consultant

POSITION INFO:

Reporting to : Divisional Manager
Purpose: To manage a portfolio of clients in the Consulting Division.
KPAs / Key outputs
Client Liaison
Manages, planning, scheduling and attending of all client meetings
Oversees all follow-up items to client
Develops relationship with clients and external service providers
Internal Liaison
Communicates client instructions in writing to relevant support functions and external service providers i.e. administration, accounts, legal, actuarial, home loans, insurance providers, asset managers and others
Reports to Senior Consultant/Divisional Manager any potential client problems and suggests an implementation plan to resolve
Monitors service standards for internal service providers

Trustee Meetings
Ensures agendas and minutes of the meeting are prepared and distributed timeously
Ensures all action items are completed prior to the next client meeting
Ensure that all travel arrangements are co-ordinated

Qualifications and Experience
Grade 12 and/or equivalent qualification,
Financial EB related qualification
FAIS compliant
Minimum 5 Years EB experience
Computer literacy: Intermediate – MS Excel, MS Word, Power Point
