SUMMARY:
A financial services business is seeking an Employee Benefits Administrator to join their team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Looking to take the next step in your career? A financial services business is seeking an Employee Benefits Administrator to join their team. The ideal individual will be someone who is a self-starter, with excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

Following up on monthly contributions
Reconciliation, allocation and investment of monthly contributions
Reconciliation and deduction of risk premiums and fund expenses
Reconciliation and allocation of section 14 and individual transfers received from or paid to other retirement funds and preparation and issuing of transfer certification
Investing of monthly contributions and transfer values
Disinvestment and payment of all types of claims

Requirements:

Relevant tertiary qualification
Previous experience in a similar role
Previous experience with an umbrella fund administration
