Employee Benefits Administrator

Looking to take the next step in your career? A financial services business is seeking an Employee Benefits Administrator to join their team. The ideal individual will be someone who is a self-starter, with excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail. 

Responsibilities:

• Following up on monthly contributions
• Reconciliation, allocation and investment of monthly contributions
• Reconciliation and deduction of risk premiums and fund expenses
• Reconciliation and allocation of section 14 and individual transfers received from or paid to other retirement funds and preparation and issuing of transfer certification
• Investing of monthly contributions and transfer values
• Disinvestment and payment of all types of claims
