Draught Administrator

SUMMARY:
Our Client is seeking a  Draught Administrator – Maternity reliever – six-month contract to join their company in Isando, Kempton Park.

POSITION INFO:
Job Requirements:

• Matric
• Relevant Qualification.
• Exposure within a client service environment.
• 1-2 years’ experience as a Data Capturer
• Analysis skills.
• Intermediate proficiency in Ms. Office.
• Knowledge of capturing data in a database would be beneficial.
• Telephone etiquette.
• Attention to detail

• Ensure that callouts are opened and closed according to company standards.
• Capture details of Outlook accurately.
• Dispatch technician within SLA timeframes
• Log the expected time of arrival of the technician at the outlet.
• Close callouts on DDS Enterprise.
• Analyse and close job cards processed on CallRunna.
• Check the accuracy of flow meter readings.
• Check the accuracy of the glassware delivered, and log the reasons for non-delivery.
• Ensure all weekly packs are closed and submitted accordingly.
• Capture and analysis of car stock counts.
• Check the invoicing of stock.
• Invoice callout and travel charges.
• Capture stock data into the database.
• Capture and analyse technician kilometre claims.
• Analyse and close weekly reports
• Provide administrative support to the technicians for the vehicles.
• Conduct weekly car inspections.
• Responsible for all vehicles, i.e booking of services, license disks etc.
