Draught Administrator

POSITION INFO:

A well-established company is urgently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Draught Administrator to join their team in Isando, Kempton Park. This office-based position plays a key role in supporting operational efficiency through accurate data capturing, analysis, and administrative coordination related to field technician activity and vehicle management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Relevant qualification

• 1–2 years’ experience in a data capturing or administrative role

• Experience within a client service environment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate level)

• Strong analysis and administrative skills

• Excellent telephone etiquette and attention to detail

Key Responsibilities:

• Open, manage, and close callouts

• Capture, analyse, and verify technician job cards, flow meter readings, and glassware delivery reports

• Ensure all weekly admin packs are accurately closed and submitted

• Capture and invoice callouts, stock, and travel charges

• Support and manage administrative aspects of technician vehicles, including car inspections, service bookings, and document submission
