SUMMARY:
Our client in Alrode is looking to employ a Dispatch and Support Administrator to join their dynamic team

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Grade 12 / Matric
1–3 years’ experience in warehouse dispatch or logistics administration
Knowledge in MS Offic e: MS Excel, Word, Outlook
Knowledge of routing, transportation compliance, and warehouse processes
Experience in a distribution environment
Experience with SAP
Valid drivers licence and own vehicle
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) driven
Dispatch accuracy (documentation and load experience), On- time dispatch performance, POD turnaround time and accuracy
System accuracy and reporting completeness
Customer satisfaction and query resolution experience
