SUMMARY:

An established Agrochemical company is seeking a dynamic intern to assist the Marketing Team in their advertising and promotional efforts as well as administrative tasks including the generation and editing of video/audio visual materials, recordings, animation, and the design and development of Apps.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements for the role:

Must have National Senior Certificate and a relevant Design techniques diploma
A marketing or digital marketing related qualification would be advantageous
Strong proficiency in MS Office is essential
Must have a good understanding of the Marketing processes and knowledge of the latest social media platforms
Proofreading, editing, and efficient grammar abilities are essential
Must have extreme attention to detail
Must be in possession of a valid driver’s license and have own reliable transport as well as be medically fit to drive.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Ensuring designs are compliant with the company guidelines.
Generating and editing audio-visual materials, animated videos, product specific videos and any others as per requirements.
Supporting the Marketing Team with administrative duties.
Assisting team members with the creation and editing of content for social media platforms, the blog and newsletter.
Assisting with the distribution of company marketing materials.
Conducting research on the latest digital contents.
Designing and presenting new social media campaign ideas.
Monitoring all social platforms for trending news, ideas and feedback.
Contributing and participating in the creation of mock-ups, email campaigns and social media content.
Monitoring and managing the company’s social media platforms and adjusting outreach tactics.

Salary package is highly negotiable depending on experience
