Sales & Office Coordinator

SUMMARY:
Dynamic Sales & Office Coordinator wanted to support growth and keep operations running seamlessly.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities: Not limited to Sales & Marketing Support

• Track and report sales performance metrics and generate reports. 
• Monitor and report on basic marketing metrics (e.g., social media lead generation, engagement, email open rates, national promotional execution and ROI) 
• Assist in organising and participating in events, trade shows and client meetings. 
• Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations and reports. 
• Maintain and update master data, the CRM system with client and lead information.
• Support the execution of marketing campaigns digital and print. 
• Coordinate the distribution of marketing materials and promotional items. 
• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns (digital, print & events). 
• Coordinate content creation for catalogues, website and promotions 
• Maintain digital and print marketing collateral and ensure brand consistency across all platforms. 
• Liaise with external agencies, designers, and suppliers. 
• Coordinate sales activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing proposals, and following up with clients. 
• Support social media management. 
• Support the sales team with lead generation and follow-up activities. 
• Packaging design detail checks 
• Answer and direct phone calls and emails professionally. 
• Maintain organised digital and physical filing systems. 
• Order and manage office supplies and marketing inventory. 
• Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. 
• Assist with budget tracking and invoice processing related to marketing activities. 
• Support HR and finance with administrative tasks such as, invoices, and new employee onboarding. 
• Meeting minute taking. 
• Facility and contractor management. 
• Ensure the office environment is tidy, professional, and welcoming.

Desirable Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
• Proven experience in a sales, marketing, or administrative role. 
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities 
• Exposure to CRM tools (e.g., Skynamo, Salesforce). 
• Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content creation including POS development and trade marketing. 
• Experience in event planning or coordination. 
• Basic graphic design or copywriting skills. 
• Knowledge of digital marketing analytics (Google Analytics, SEO, etc.). 
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel- Pivot Table a must). 
• Creative thinking and attention to detail. 
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills. 
• Good written and verbal communication. 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
• Willingness to learn and take initiative. 

Qualifications & Experience:

• Marketing qualification advantageous.
• 1–3 years of experience in a sales or marketing support role. 
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Skynamo) and marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Canva, Google Analytics).
