The Role: Delivery Account Executive

The Delivery Account Executive exists to support campaign execution by completing high-volume, process-driven tasks efficiently and accurately. This role contributes to the business by enabling scale through creator research, data management, and outreach. The main focus areas include ensuring consistent and high-quality execution of tasks across multiple campaigns and teams simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute tasks with 0–2 years of experience in administrative, marketing, recruitment, customer service, or operational support roles.

• Conduct large-scale creator research and identification based on defined briefs to align with campaign objectives.

• Input and maintain accurate data within Waves, including creator profiles, campaign tracking, and reporting data.

• Execute large-scale outreach to creators using defined templates and maintain organized communication logs.

• Support client services teams with executional tasks across campaigns within defined timelines.

• Follow defined workflows and processes while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and consistency.

About You

• 0–2 years’ experience in administrative, marketing, recruitment, customer service, or operational support roles.

• Relevant tertiary qualification preferred in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or related field.

• Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets at a basic to intermediate level.

• Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and organizational skills.

• Ability to follow clear processes and workflows consistently while working to tight deadlines.

• Highly detail-oriented, structured, reliable, and comfortable in an execution-focused role.

• Exposure to digital platforms, data entry, or structured process work is advantageous.

• Interest in influencer marketing, social media, or digital campaigns is beneficial.
