SUMMARY:
Our client based in Linbro Park is seeking a Debtors Controller (Accounts Receivable) with 3 years of experience are required. Knowledge of Syspro, as well as advanced Ms. Excel, is essential.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Prepare invoices
Doing receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
Reconciliations of accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
Verify discrepancies resolve clients’ billing issues
Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients

matric required
Monday to Thursday from 7:30 to 16:15. (and every second Friday)
