Data Capture - Head Office

SUMMARY:
A vacancy exits for a Data Capturer in the Guarding Division at Head Office Centurion.

POSITION INFO:
The suitable candidate’s main responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Process invoicing- casual and permanent contracts, schedule and job cards related to the specific
• Process all credit notes related to specific divisions.
• General administration related to processing.
• Assist with other processing and administration within data capturing/ debtors’ office.
• Daily reporting to manager regarding Work received / done.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date files containing all supporting documents and safe keeping of all original
• documents received.
• Sound communication with relevant divisions, branches, accountants, managers, and debtors.

• Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
• Relevant experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge of SAP would be advantageous.
• MS Office programs proficiency (very good knowledge of Excel)
• Sound communication skills.
• Numerical accuracy is imperative.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Required to work overtime from time to time.
• Clean disciplinary; criminal and credit record.
• Own Transport.
