SUMMARY:
Our client in the BPO sector is seeking to employ suitably qualified, Customer Service Representatives within their team. The successful candidates will be responsible for handling incoming traffic via correspondence (by webchat and/or email).

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements
  • Minimum Matric (Grade 12) with 60% achieved in English
  • Computer Literacy
  • Minimum of 1 year’s webchat/digital / voice experience mandatory
  •  Advanced proficiency in English – accurate spelling and use of grammar
  •  Minimum typing skills 30 words a minute 
Duties and responsibilities
  • Handling all incoming chat and/or emails effectively and efficiently to resolution
  • Ensure that all first-time contact resolution targets are met and exceeded
  • Ensure that all productivity and KPI metrics are adhered to
  • Ensure qualitative and quantitative personal goals contribute positively to the team and department effectiveness
