SUMMARY:
DBN000101 – Customer Service Consultant – Cato Ridge

Purpose of the Job:
To ensure that customers receive professional, friendly and dedicated service in a fast-paced FMCG company.

Required Qualifications:

Matric
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service or telesales is required (Call Centre)
Knowledgeable in Syspro system – not negotiable

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Ensure effective support and problem solving is applied.
Direct all customer complaints appropriately & follow up until the complaint is resolved
Capture customer orders and communication regarding orders.
Recording of back orders on Syspro and clearing of back orders once the order has been completed.
Together with finance team - reconciliation of customer orders, deliveries and payments.
Sales of products to existing and potential new customers.
General support for the external sales team
