SUMMARY:
A well-established on-line Betting Company is looking for Customer Service Call Centre Agents to be part of their dynamic and vibrant customer service team.

POSITION INFO:

REQUIREMENTS

Must have grade 12
Must have minimum 6 months to a maximum of three years call centre experience in a customer service environment
Good command of the English Language is required
Must be ITC and Criminal Clear
Must be flexibly to work late shifts or grave yard shifts
Good knowledge in sports is an advantage
Previous working experience in a similar environment would be an advantage
