POSITION INFO:
 ***THIS POSITION REQUIRES CAR RENTAL EXPERIENCE***

 We are looking for a meticulous and highly organized individual for a large and busy car rental branch based at Cape Town’s Airport. As a Terms Agent, you will be responsible for keeping track of vehicle stock and ensuring that vehicles are stocked correctly, ensuring rental contracts are correct and updated, and ensuring that customer and contract data is correctly entered into the system coupled with other miscellaneous and customer service administrative duties. It is absolutely essential that you come from a Car Rental background, have very good computer and administrative skills and are able to able to be outdoors for long periods.

Job Requirements
Matric Certificate
A valid Drivers License
Ability to work shifts
At least 1 year of recent Terms Agent experience at a big and busy Car Rental Branch
In good physical condition and can endure extended periods outside
Excellent computer skills (Excel in particular)
Excellent administration and data-capturing skills
Ability to work shifts
A stable work history
