POSITION INFO:
Job Description
We are looking for customer-focused and results-orientated individuals, with sound problem-solving and interpersonal skills, to deliver exceptional service to customers across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

Query Handling (Inbound/E-mail/Webchat/etc.)
Responding to a defined range of customer queries or inquiries, to deliver appropriate, accepted resolutions for customers
Liaising with internal/ external parties to resolve customer queries
Escalate any queries or complaints to the appropriate channels to ensure they are handled and resolved in a timely manner
Provide accurate information to customers

Requirements

Experience working within the UK/USA market is advantageous
Previous experience in E-mail & Webchat support/Omnichannel environment
A Matric Certificate or equivalent qualification
Proficiency in English is an essential requirement
Neutral accent
A minimum of 1- 2 years customer service experience in dual-focus capacity
Must be able to work shifts
