SUMMARY:
Seeking a Creditors Clerk in Swellendam.

POSITION INFO:
An established and fast-paced organisation is seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Creditors Clerk to join their finance team in Swellendam.

This role forms part of a larger creditors department and is ideally suited to someone who thrives in a high-volume processing environment, can work independently, and consistently meets strict deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

Processing high volumes of supplier invoices accurately and timeously
Reconciling supplier accounts and resolving queries
Preparing creditor reconciliations and payment schedules
Following up on outstanding documentation and supplier statements
Ensuring all transactions are captured correctly on SAP
Assisting with month-end procedures and reporting requirements
Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
Ensuring compliance with company policies and financial controls

Minimum Requirements:

Matric certificate
Minimum 3 years' experience in a Creditors Clerk role
Previous experience in a stock-based environment is essential
Working knowledge of SAP is highly advantageous
Strong reconciliation skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage large volumes of transactions accurately
Comfortable working under pressure and meeting strict deadlines
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
