We have 2 positions available for client care consultants

Purpose of this role is to manage client relationships and ensure policies are up to date at all times

Responsibilities:

Accept full responsibility for all phone calls, e-mails, and messages to the Client Care department
Complete transactions on time
Delivering royal service
Upselling products
Handling policy renewals.
Day to day amendments to client policy’s

Requirements:

Fully FAIS and RE accredited
Full Commercial insurance qualification
Minimum of 3 years Commercial experience
Multi-lingual would be advantageous
Good communication skills and telephone etiquette
