Client Accounts Administrator

SUMMARY:
Our client, a well-established company based in Stikland Industrial, Cape Town, is seeking a skilled Client Accounts Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role, with strong proficiency in Sage Pastel, Microsoft Excel, and the full Microsoft Office suite. A Matric certificate is essential, along with the ability to communicate fluently in both Afrikaans and English. The role involves the ordering and processing of raw materials, so attention to detail and strong administrative skills are key.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Proficient in Sage Pastel and Microsoft Excel
• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in ordering and processing raw materials
• Fluent in both Afrikaans and English (written and spoken)
• Own transport

• Proficient in working with Sage Pastel and Pastel Online
• Interact professionally with clients regarding payments, orders, and account processing
• Perform general office administration, including filing and record keeping
• Strong computer skills, including emailing, printing, scanning, and using a structured digital folder system
• Comfortable communicating via WhatsApp, email, and phone calls
• Reliable own transport or consistent means of commuting to and from the office
• Familiar with ordering and processing of raw materials (experience in the chemical manufacturing industry is advantageous)
• Capable of processing receiving of goods, managing stock control, and assisting with stock issuing
• Able to work independently without supervision; neat, organized, and detail-oriented
• Fluent in both English and Afrikaans (spoken and written)
