Minimum Requirements:

-Well presentable and professional female, aged approximately 20 – 30 years (Not older than 40 years)

-Matric / Grade 12

-Fully bilingual in both Afrikaans and English A MUST

-Recent Bookkeeping to Trial Balance experience a must

-Experienced in VAT and Payroll a must

-Fully independently functional

-Versatile, with strong administration skills and experience

-Non smoker

-Own transport

-Computer literate in MS Excel and Sage a must

-Stable employment record and contactable references

-To start as soon as possible

Duties:

-Full bookkeeping functions for small company specializing in colour compounding (factory environment)

-Supplier processing, allocations of payments and reconciliations. 

-Credit control and collections. 

-Customer processing, allocations of payments and reconciliations.

-Loading of payments for release. 

-All Cashbooks and reconciliations.

-Cashflow monitoring and projections.

-Sars related filing – VAT, PAYE, Tax Clearance, IRP5’s etc.

-Reconciling payroll to accounting software.

-Maintain fixed asset register.

-Depreciation of Assets.

-Processing of credit applications of customers. 

-Monthly management accounts and trial balance analysis for management.

-Creation of quotes/sales orders.

-Timesheet calculations & payroll.

-Assisting with related staff queries

-Regular backups and archiving.

-Procurement/Supply Chain Management.

-Collecting paperwork from related businesses if required.

Salary: R 17 000.00 – R 24 000.00 gross maximum (depending on experience)
