The company operates a proprietary platform to provide high-impact billboard and retail screen campaigns with flexible packages and reliable reporting. They focus on unlocking recurring media income for property owners and providing premium advertising for SMEs and national brands.

The Role: Campaign Coordinator

The Campaign Coordinator is responsible for managing the operational flow of campaigns from signed deal through to go-live and reporting. This role ensures that commercial promises are translated into accurate, timely, and professionally managed campaign delivery. The main focus areas include managing traffic workflow, coordinating artwork approvals, and maintaining high delivery standards and SLA compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute tasks with 3–6 years of experience in campaign operations, media traffic, or project coordination.

• Manage handovers from sales into operations and oversee onboarding readiness.

• Coordinate artwork submission, approval, and launch requirements.

• Manage campaign scheduling and traffic workflow.

• Ensure campaigns go live on time and correctly while monitoring delivery standards.

• Coordinate issue resolution across internal teams.

• Support reporting and proof-of-play readiness.

• Manage multiple concurrent campaigns successfully.

About You

• 3–6 years of experience in campaign operations, media traffic, or project coordination.

• Very strong organisational and coordination ability with high attention to detail.

• Process-driven and comfortable using project tracking systems like Asana.

• Strong deadline management and workflow discipline.

• Calm under pressure and proactive in escalating problems early.

• Strong service mindset with quality-control thinking.

• Experience in digital media, out-of-home, or ad operations is advantageous.
