CRM Executive | iGaming/Online Casino - Remote

SUMMARY:
Working closely with the CRM team, you will focus on incentivising and engaging players, with the goal of developing, increasing their loyalty across the brands.

POSITION INFO:

This is an exciting opportunity for a CRM Executive who is energetic, passionate, and enthusiastic to become part of an iGaming Customer Services Centre.

Your responsibilities will include optimising existing promotions, building your understanding of customer behaviour and patterns through thorough analysis, and learning effective methods to optimise bonus expenditure.

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric/NQF4 and a relevant completed/in-process of completion tertiary qualification
• Minimum of 2 – 5 years’ experience in a CRM & Campaign Marketing focussed role
• iGaming/Online Casino industry experience will be advantageous
• Previous working experience with various CRM tools (Fast Track/Greentube – advantageous )
• Microsoft Office Suite Skills at Intermediate – Advanced Level | strong HTML skills beneficial
• Business-oriented with focus on marketing & CRM, analytics and communications
• Strong analytical, numerical & presentation skills
• A creative thinker with the ability to think outside the box when it comes to developing excellent campaigns across multiple player groups
• Must have solid copy writing experience
• Remote: Must have work from home office set up (dedicated and reliable internet/wi-fi)
• Remote working hours will be Monday- Friday (8 hour days with flexi agreement to start day any time between 06h00 – 10h00 am)
• Able to attend 1 in person luncheon per month and Mid and Year end function with team

Key Performance Areas:

• Working with the CRM team to plan, organize, execute and analyse promotional and lifecycle campaigns to the current customer database across all sites.
• Work with the CRM team to implement the promotional strategy, ensuring campaigns are within budget ensuring a positive return on investment
• Work alongside the rest of the CRM team in planning and managing content on all aspects of the product through CMS tools
• Working with others to take full responsibility of certain aspects of bingo marketing including games road maps and their introduction through go to market plans
• Work alongside multiple stakeholders across various locations to ensure requirements are met across campaigns and player groups
• Assisting the Engagement Manager in analysing and reporting on KPI’s with full campaign analysis for each promotion enabling the business to understand the effectiveness of the activity
• Regular reviews of competitor promotions and best practice
