SUMMARY:
As a results-driven Office Manager, you will oversee all office operations.

POSITION INFO:

With your proven ability to manage administrative processes, ensure efficient day-to-day operations without supervision. Your background in vendor coordination, dealing with suppliers and visitors. Highly organised with advanced computer skills with a solid understanding of financial administration, and general Personal Assistant duties to the Director.

Requirements:

Matric
Relevant qualification to your advantage
Relevant work experience as Business Support Administrator / office manager
OWN transport with valid drivers license
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Computer literate
Professional

Duties:

manage full day-to-day office operations independently
Supervise administrative functions and ensured smooth workflow across teams
Coordinated all office functions
Manage office supplies, vendors and operational requirements
Support Director and other leadership with administrative and operational/Personal Assistant duties
Arrange company events, meetings and internal communications
Maintain structured office systems and improve operational efficiency
Monitor staff coordination, attendance and workplace organisation
General office and administrative support to team
Be the "go-to" person in the office
