About the Role

You will serve as the engine of the sales department, identifying B2B opportunities and opening doors for the sales team within a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective B2B clients across various target sectors.
• Identify and engage key decision-makers, qualifying opportunities with purpose and confidence.
• Schedule and hand off high-quality appointments and product demonstrations to the sales team.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all outreach and conversations within the CRM system.
• Manage a structured pipeline by following up consistently with leads to maintain sales momentum.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales departments to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.
• Meet and exceed weekly activity targets, including calls made and qualified leads generated.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or lead generation.
• A matric certificate is essential; a qualification in Sales, Marketing, or Business is advantageous.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding activity targets and KPIs.
• Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills with the ability to handle objections effectively.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work with discipline in a structured B2B environment.
