About the Role

Our client, a leading name in South African telecommunications and office automation, is seeking a driven New Business Sales Representative to join their Office Automation division. This is a high-energy "hunter" role designed for a motivated professional who thrives on opening doors, securing new clients, and growing recurring revenue in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and strategic prospecting.
• Conduct client meetings to perform needs analyses and present tailored technology solutions.
• Build and maintain a robust, well-managed sales pipeline to ensure consistent growth.
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
• Drive annuity income growth through the sale of managed services contracts.
• Act as a trusted advisor, developing long-term professional relationships with business clients.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ successful sales experience.
• Previous experience in IT, Telecommunications, Connectivity, Cybersecurity, or Office Automation is essential.
• A proven track record in new business development and hitting sales targets.
• Matric Certificate.
• Valid Driver’s Licence and a reliable personal vehicle (frequent travel required).
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
