Role: Broker Consultant

Relationship Management: Proactively source, on-board, and grow the client''s "share of wallet" within a panel of brokers and external partners.

Sales Support: Enhance partner relationships through continuous motivational sales support and recognition.

Customer Service: Act as the first point of contact to resolve broker queries and complaints while identifying opportunities for new business or retention.

Performance Tracking: Monitor panel performance, including penetration and ensuring lapse/NTU ratios do not exceed 40%.

Data & Insights: Collate and analyze data using the POL360 system to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.

Reporting: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on broker contacts and panel performance.

Training & Compliance: Ensure partners are up to date with training, products, and processes to drive sales and meet statutory requirements.

Operational Risk: Manage and mitigate reputational, legislative, and fraud risks by ensuring sound business practices within your panel.
