POSITION INFO:

NOW HIRING – BROKER ASSISTANT

Are you passionate about customer service and the insurance industry? We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Broker Assistant to join a dynamic insurance brokerage team in Centurion!

Location: Centurion
Salary: R12 000 – R18 000 per month
Additional Earning Opportunity: Earn 30% commission on successful short-term insurance referrals.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years'' experience within the insurance industry
- RE5 Qualification prefered
- General industry knowledge and relevant CPD points
- Excellent client service and communication skills
- Strong administration and record-keeping abilities
- Self-disciplined and task-driven
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Experience with insurance administration systems

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with policy administration and daily queries
- Maintain accurate records and client engagements
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure quick response times
- Handle policy-related administration and documentation
- Maintain high customer satisfaction levels
- Utilise Microsoft Office and insurance administration systems effectively
- Generate additional business through short-term insurance referrals
