POSITION INFO:
Orion Real Estate is seeking a highly efficient Broker who will be responsible for facilitating transactions between the company and prospective tenants.  The primary focus of this role will be on understanding client needs, providing expert market advice, and ensuring seamless negotiations to achieve optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their financial goals and needs.
• Conducting thorough market research to provide informed advice regarding property or investment options.
• Negotiating terms and conditions of sales or leases to secure the best possible deals.
  
• Managing all aspects of the transaction process, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and legal requirements.
• Developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote properties.
• Staying updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to provide timely insights.

• Proven track record in sales, or a related field, with a sound understanding of the property industry and market dynamics.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Demonstrable negotiation skills with a history of achieving successful outcomes in complex transactions.
• Excellent analytical skills to assess market conditions and client requirements.
• Familiarity with relevant legal and regulatory frameworks in the brokerage industry.
• Proficiency in using technology and brokerage platforms for client management and transactions.

• Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
• Recognised certification in brokerage or real estate (e.g., NQF Level 4, SAQA-recognised qualifications).
• Must be in possession of a valid Fidelity Fund Certificate 
• Previous experience in a specific industry niche (e.g., commercial real estate, investments) is advantageous.
• Strong network of contacts within the industry, including potential clients and other profession
• Strong communication skills in English 
• Driver's licence and own reliable motor vehicle essential
