Job Title: Short - Term Insurance Broker 

Job Purpose:
We are seeking a highly motivated, target-driven, and experienced Short-Term Broker to join our growing team and provide exceptional service to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for prospecting, acquiring, and servicing short-term insurance clients.  They will play a vital role in generating new business, building relationships with client, and providing expert insurance advice and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Achieving monthly minimum targets in new business
- Identifying client needs and offering insurance coverage tailored to their specific requirements.
- Obtaining quotations from a range of insurance providers.
- Conducting face-to-face discussions with clients.
- Provide clients with accurate and comprehensive advice regarding their insurance needs.
- Maintaining a robust pipeline of potential business opportunities to consistently achieve monthly targets.
- Note that cold calling and lead sourcing are not part of the broker''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''s daily responsibilities, leads are provided through inbound contact centre agents and liaisons with life, tax, and billing departments.

Minimum Requirements:
- Matriculation certificate.
- RE5 certification.
- Relevant NQF4 level 4 or 5 qualification with a minimum of 120 credits.
- Class of business certificates for both personal and commercial lines.
- Proven experience in handling both personal and commercial lines.
- Own vehicle.
- Valid driver''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''s license.
