• Support product launches with impactful marketing campaigns, promotional activity and sales enablement tools

• Use AI-powered creative tools to improve workflow, content creation and campaign delivery

• Analyse campaign performance and optimise content using data and commercial insights

• Work closely with product development, sales and leadership teams to ensure marketing supports business growth

What do you need?

• 4–7 years' experience in brand marketing, content, communications or integrated marketing

• Experience leading creative teams and managing agency partners

• Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling skills

• Strong creative judgement with an eye for design, branding and visual quality

• Commercially minded, with experience creating campaigns that drive engagement, leads and growth

• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

• Comfortable using AI tools to enhance creativity and productivity

• Highly organised, proactive and accountable

• A collaborative leadership style with the confidence to challenge ideas, inspire others and deliver high-quality work
