CONTENT SPECIALIST - Video & Motion

A leading organisation within the employee benefits and insurance space is looking for a talented Video & Motion Content Specialist to join its marketing team and take ownership of high-impact visual content across digital, social, events and executive communications.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is equally comfortable behind the camera and behind the editing suite, with a strong eye for visual storytelling and the ability to turn a brief into polished, engaging content.

POSITION INFO:

What you'll be doing

• Produce high-quality video content for campaigns, social media, events, internal communications and executive thought leadership.
• Create engaging motion graphics, animations, reels, short-form videos and social-first content.
• Shoot, edit and repurpose long-form content into impactful clips, teasers and platform-specific assets.
• Support podcast production, including recording, editing, clipping and creating publishing-ready content.
• Package executive and leadership content for platforms such as LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Capture and produce content at internal and external events, including highlight reels, recap videos and social media assets.
• Work closely with Marketing, PR, Social Media, Events and Design teams to bring campaigns and activations to life.
• Ensure all content is aligned with brand standards, commercial messaging and the intended audience.
• Manage the technical elements of production, including basic lighting, sound, framing and camera setup.
• Maintain organised content libraries, working files and final assets.

What we're looking for

• Relevant qualification in Film, Multimedia, Digital Media, Graphic Design, Motion Design, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• 3–5 years' experience in video production, editing, multimedia content or digital content creation.
• Employee benefits or insurance industry experience is essential.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating video editing, motion graphics, animation, social-first and event content.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Canva or similar platforms.
• Experience with podcast, event and executive content production will be advantageous.
• Strong understanding of social-first content and how to adapt content for different platforms.
