SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced Branch Administrator to provide administrative, financial, HR, and sales support while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of a busy branch.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities

Manage branch administration and office operations.
Provide sales administration, including quotations, customer documentation, vehicle registrations and licensing.
Assist with accounts administration, banking, creditors, supplier payments and financial records.
Coordinate HR administration, including attendance, leave, personnel records and training.
Maintain vehicle stock records, job cards and branch documentation.
Prepare operational reports and ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety requirements and branch procedures.

Minimum Requirements

Matric (Administration or Bookkeeping qualification advantageous).
Minimum 5 years experience in a similar administration role.
Previous accounts administration or accounts payable experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Exposure to dealership, automotive or commercial administration.
Valid Code 8 drivers licence.
