Branch Administrator

A leading organization in the construction industry is seeking a dedicated Branch Administrator to support their growth trajectory in the Western Cape. Duties:

• Manage and maintain the switchboard

• Welcome visitors professionally and direct them appropriately

• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls

• Respond promptly to emails and messages

• Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings

• Perform basic credit control duties, including managing accounts, invoices, credit notes, and petty cash reconciliations

• Ensure invoices are correctly matched and filed

• Order and maintain office supplies inventory

• Coordinate with management on office maintenance and repairs

• Support event planning and execution as needed

• Assist the Hire department with monthly hour retrievals from clients

• Promote a safe working environment by identifying hazards and supporting safety initiatives

• Liaise with Branch Admin to ensure policy adherence

• Compare fuel slips with reports, liaising with relevant departments

• Capture and consolidate vehicle log sheets and related reports

• Process courier purchase orders and liaise with parts and workshop departments

Requirements:

• 2 to 10 years of relevant experience

• Strong administrative skills

• Ability to meet deadlines

• Data capturing expertise

• Reception and customer service skills

• Knowledge of credit control procedures
