SUMMARY:
The branch Administrative Assistant will be responsible to coordinate office activities and operations in an efficient manner.

Qualifications and Experience:

Matric Certificate (with maths literacy minimum). Additional related courses/qualifications and advantage.
At least 5 years in a similar administrative role
Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
Excellent organizational skills
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office

Responsibilities:

Capturing of invoices
Managing GRV’s and credits
Debtors management
Creditors management
Monthly reconciliations of debtors and creditors
Managing emails and calls for Branch Manager.
Reviewing the Financial statements together with the Branch Manager to see where the store can improve.
Managing Claims and Discrepancies for Head Office
Printing lists of all sales and credits for the previous day in order for stock to be counted.
Assisting with staff related matters, i.e submission of leave documents, payroll documentation, etc.
Assisting with cash ups
