SUMMARY:
A well-established wine farm situated between Paarl and Stellenbosch is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Junior Bookkeeper to join their team.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:
Process and reconcile daily bank transactions
Manage customer and supplier accounts, including reconciliations, payments, and month-end procedures
Maintain accurate financial records, including:
Daily reconciliation of software integrations
Intercompany accounts
Control accounts
Capture and process bi-weekly payroll
You will report directly to the Financial Manager and assist with audit preparation and various ad hoc financial duties as required.

Minimum Requirements:
Computer literate with strong proficiency in accounting systems
Experience with Xero and Dext (essential)
Minimum of 2 years’ relevant bookkeeping experience
Ability to work independently and remain composed under pressure
Strong analytical and organisational skills
Good communication and interpersonal abilities
Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport
