Booking Clerk – Service Department

Job Purpose

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and schedule customer service bookings.
• Handle incoming customer booking requests professionally and efficiently.
• Confirm bookings and communicate booking details to customers.
• Maintain accurate booking records and customer information.
• Assist the Service Department with daily administrative duties.
• Coordinate with Service Advisors and workshop personnel to ensure bookings are managed effectively.
• Capture and update customer and booking information accurately on Keyloop.
• Assist with service-related documentation and filing.
• Follow up with customers regarding bookings where required.
• Provide professional and friendly customer service at all times.
• Ensure all administrative duties are completed accurately and within required timeframes.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 / Matric Certificate.
• Previous administration, reception, customer service or booking experience will be advantageous.
• Previous automotive dealership or OEM experience will be advantageous but is not essential.
• Good computer literacy.
• Keyloop experience will be advantageous.
• Excel knowledge is required.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
