SUMMARY:
Manufacturing company urgently seeking a Branch Administrator who will be responsible for the full financial, administrative and HR support functions at branch level.

POSITION INFO:

Key Performance Areas:

The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following: Creditors, Debtors, Credit Applications, Cash-Up Reports, and Debtors Receipts (dual functionality with Head Office)

Assistance with procurement, stock control, and inventory administrative functions as and when required by the Divisional Supply Chain Department at Head Office.
Fixed assets control at branch level
Month-end and year-end financial procedures
Control, administration and reporting of company motor vehicles
HR administration and liaison with Head Office
Internal and external audit support
Control of manual delivery note books and all preprinted stationery
Ad hoc administrative and finance-related projects as required by management

Minimum Requirements
 Minimum of 7 years’ financial experience in a similar role
 Very strong ERP system knowledge (Pastel Evolution advantageous)
 Extensive MS Office proficiency, with advanced Excel skills
Qualifications
 BCom Accounting qualification or a similar relevant qualification
