Our client a specialist in Ultra-premium vehicles, is looking for a professional, client focused receptionist and administrator to be the face of their exclusive operation.

This role is suited to a polished, confident individual who understands luxury, discretion, and exceptional service. You will represent an exclusive automotive brand where attention to detail, presentation, and customer experience are non-negotiable.

You will be the first point of contact for discerning clients, visitors, and suppliers, delivering a world-class customer experience while ensuring the seamless administration of a premium dealership. This role offers exposure to an ultra-high-end automotive environment, with the opportunity to engage with clients, support sales activity, and grow within the business.

Remuneration
R 15 000 – R 18 000 CTC depending on experience.
Room to grow and earn incentive as a sales executive.

POSITION INFO:
Duties include

• Delivering a refined, professional front-of-house experience aligned with luxury brand standards
• Managing incoming calls, emails, and high-value client enquiries
• Scheduling appointments for sales, workshop bookings, inspections, and valuations
• Engaging confidently with clients and identifying opportunities to support sales and brand exposure
• Assisting with customer documentation, filing, and accurate record-keeping
• Providing administrative support to sales and workshop teams
• Maintaining client databases and internal systems with precision
• Coordinating courier services, deliveries, and supplier communication
• Ensuring reception and client-facing areas consistently reflect an ultra-high-end environment
• Maintain a tidy reception area and organised paperwork.

• Reception and/or administration experience within a luxury, premium, or client-facing environment
• Automotive industry exposure advantageous
• Professional presentation and strong interpersonal skills
• Confident communicator with a client-centric mindset
• High attention to detail and discretion
• Strong organisational and computer skills (MS Office; dealership systems advantageous)
• Career-driven individual typically suited to candidates between 25–35, looking to grow into vehicle sales within a premium automotive organization.
