Assistant Recruitment Consultant / Recruitment Coordinator

POSITION INFO:

Project A Recruitment is looking for a driven, highly organised and detail-obsessed individual to join our growing recruitment business.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to learn recruitment from the ground up, starting in a support/PA-style role and developing into a fully-fledged Recruitment Consultant.
You will initially work closely with the owner of Project A Recruitment, becoming the right-hand person / 2IC and taking responsibility for the day-to-day administration, candidate management and operational support of the business.
As you learn the industry, your responsibilities and earning potential will grow, with the ultimate opportunity to manage your own candidates, clients and placements and earn excellent commission.

Initially, your role will include:

Candidate sourcing
Placing and managing job advertisements
Searching for candidates across various platforms
Updating and maintaining the candidate database
Candidate administration and follow-ups
Formatting and checking CVs
Social media posts and recruitment advertising
Assisting with LinkedIn activity
Reference checking
General recruitment administration
Client and candidate communication
Diary, task and follow-up management
General PA/administrative support
Helping to keep the business organised and running efficiently

As you develop, you will learn:

Full recruitment processes from start to finish
Candidate sourcing techniques
Head-hunting
Candidate interviewing and screening
Client development
Taking job briefs
Business development
Managing your own vacancies
Negotiating offers
Closing placements
Building and managing client relationships

Ultimately, the goal is for you to become a Recruitment Consultant and key member of the business, with the ability to manage your own desk and earn substantial commission.

Placement Partner experience would be highly advantageous, as would experience with any recruitment CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter or recruitment environment.

We are looking for someone who wants to grow.
You don't need to know everything about recruitment when you walk through the door. I can teach you the industry, the systems, sourcing, screening and the recruitment process.
What I cannot teach is work ethic, attention to detail, initiative, resilience and the desire to succeed.
If you are switched-on, ambitious, organised and willing to learn, there is huge earning potential in this role. An attractive commission structure will be put in place from the get go and increase as you progress into recruitment and start making placements.
