Assistant Lodge Management Couple

SUMMARY:
We are seeking either an experienced Assistant Lodge Management Couple or two suitably qualified individuals to join a luxury lodge team. The successful candidates will work closely with the Lodge Managers to ensure the smooth and professional operation of the lodge.
The primary focus of the roles will be Food & Beverage management, exceptional guest service, staff supervision, administration, planning, organising and stock control. The Assistant Lodge Managers will also provide operational support and take responsibility for the lodge during periods when the Lodge Managers are off duty or on leave.
We are looking for confident, hands-on hospitality professionals who are able to lead from the front, maintain 5-star service standards and effectively manage both guests and staff.
Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the overall day-to-day management and smooth operation of the lodge.
• Take a hands-on approach to lodge operations and lead by example.
• Deliver and maintain consistently high 5-star guest service standards.
• Interact professionally and confidently with guests, ensuring a personalised and memorable experience.
• Manage and supervise lodge personnel effectively.
• Provide guidance, support and leadership to staff members.
• Oversee Food & Beverage operations and ensure consistently high service standards.
• Assist with F&B planning, stock management and operational requirements.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure effective stock control and inventory management.
• Assist the Lodge Managers with administration, planning and organising.
• Coordinate daily operational requirements and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
• Assist with staff planning, duty allocations and operational schedules.
• Maintain accurate administrative records and lodge documentation.
• Support the Lodge Managers with the implementation and maintenance of operational procedures.
• Take responsibility for lodge operations during the absence of the Lodge Managers.
• Address guest requirements, queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensure all lodge areas and operations consistently meet luxury hospitality standards.
• Work closely with the Lodge Managers and wider team to maintain an efficient, professional and guest-focused environment.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements

• Previous experience in an Assistant Lodge Manager, Assistant General Manager, Lodge Management, F&B Management or similar senior hospitality position.
• Strong experience within a luxury or 5-star hospitality environment.
• Proven experience managing and supervising hospitality personnel.
• Strong Food & Beverage operational experience.
• Experience in administration, planning, organising and stock control.
• Excellent guest interaction and customer service skills.
• Proven ability to lead a team from the front and work hands-on within lodge operations.
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and make sound operational decisions.
