SUMMARY:
Support day‑to‑day financial operations (accounts management, banking, petty cash, purchase orders, float checks, invoice verification). Use the SAP system (essential) . Handling debit/creditors duties (advantage)

POSITION INFO:

Assist in the management of accounts payable and receivable.
Process and verify invoices ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policy.
Handle banking transactions, reconciliations, and cash flow monitoring.
Manage petty cash and ensure proper record-keeping.
Create, monitor, and process purchase orders.
Conduct float checks and maintain accurate records.
Assist with financial reporting and documentation as required.
Ensure compliance with financial procedures and internal controls.
Support the Financial Controller in daily finance operations.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Proven experience in financial or accounting support roles.
Experience with SAP is essential.
Experience with debit/creditors will be an advantage.
Knowledge of banking procedures, petty cash management, and purchase orders.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Basic computer literacy (MS Office and finance systems).
Relevant tertiary qualification or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred.
Experience in a similar role within a financial department.
